The Ogunquit Sewer District was incorporated in 1963 and is a quasi-municipal corporation organized under Chapter
87 of the Private and Special Laws of the State of Maine. It is run by a three member elected Board of Trustees
and operated by five full time employees and one seasonal employee. Board members are elected officials and serve staggered 3-year terms.
